Can't log in to BC.Game?

If you can't log in to BC.Game the cause is usually one of five things: a blocked address, a Cloudflare challenge, a password or 2FA problem, a session loop or a fake page. This guide separates them and lists the checks that matter.

Start here: is it the site or your account?

The first question is whether BC.Game loads at all. If no page appears, you see a challenge that never ends or the connection is refused, it is an access problem and not a login problem. In some countries the main domain is blocked by the network itself; from Estonia, for example, bc.game resolved to a regulator's block page when we checked. Try another licence-listed host from the list above, then read BC.Game not loading and is BC.Game down.

If the login form appears but signing in fails, the problem is your credentials, your 2FA or your account status. The hosts listed above are named in the licence record and are reported to serve the same brand, so switching between them rules out the address as the cause, but it will not fix a wrong password.

If you originally signed up with a connected account such as an email code or a social sign-in, use the same method again. A password login will fail for an account that never had a password.

Wrong password, and the reset email that never arrives

If the password is rejected, use the reset link rather than guessing. Repeated wrong attempts can trigger temporary locks or extra checks.

When the reset email does not show up:

  • Check spam and promotions folders, and search for the sender name.
  • Confirm you are using the email address you registered with; people often have more than one.
  • Wait a few minutes before requesting another, as each new request can invalidate the previous link.
  • Use the same browser for the whole reset, and allow cookies for the host.
  • Make sure the link opens on a licence-listed host. A reset link that sends you to an unfamiliar domain is a warning sign.

After a reset, sign in once on the same host and device before trying others.

2FA codes rejected

A code that is rejected almost always has one of three causes:

  • The device clock is off. Authenticator codes depend on the time. Turn on automatic date and time, then try the next code.
  • An old or duplicate entry. If you set the account up on more than one device or re-added it, you may be reading the wrong entry. Look for the BC.Game label.
  • A typing or expiry slip. Codes last about thirty seconds. Wait for a fresh one.

If you lost the device, do not keep trying. Contact support through the live chat and be ready to prove ownership; resetting 2FA is a security process, and the site can restrict an account until it is satisfied. Keep backup codes somewhere other than the phone that holds the authenticator.

Cloudflare challenge loops and "verify you are human"

BC.Game is served through Cloudflare, so a first visit or an unusual connection can show a short check. When it loops:

  • Turn off a VPN or proxy, or switch to a different server. Shared addresses are challenged more often.
  • Disable extensions that block scripts or cookies for this site, or open a private window.
  • Correct the device clock, since a wrong time breaks the check.
  • Update the browser, then try another one.
  • Switch network, for example from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
  • Try a different licence-listed host. Some of them are challenged less than others on a given network.

Note that the bcpoker.com address named in the licence record showed a Cloudflare challenge to our tests, so we do not list it as a login host.

Logged straight back out, or a session-expired loop

A login that succeeds and then drops usually means the browser is discarding the session cookie. Allow cookies for the host, turn off strict tracking protection, and stop mixing hosts: sign in on one host and stay on it, as a session may not carry over between domains. If you use a home-screen shortcut, delete it and save a fresh one from a working host.

Account locked, restricted or verification requested

Not every login failure is technical. BC.Game's terms, as reported, let it ask for ID at any time and restrict service and payments until you are verified. It may also restrict accounts in countries it does not serve; the United States and United Kingdom are named as restricted and the list in the terms is longer and changes.

If you see a message about restriction, verification or a closed account, a new password will not help. Open live chat from the help page and ask for the exact reason. Do not create a second account to get round a restriction, as that breaks the terms and can put the first balance at risk. If you set a break or self-exclusion, it is meant to hold; see responsible gambling for help lines. The checks are covered in BC.Game KYC verification.

Contacting support

Use the live chat on the official site. Give the email or username on the account, the host you used, what the screen says and roughly when it started; a screenshot of the message helps. Never share your password, a 2FA code or a seed phrase with anyone who messages you first, including people claiming to be support. Real staff do not need them.

FAQ

Why can't I log in to BC.Game?

The common causes are a blocked host, a Cloudflare challenge, a wrong password or 2FA code, a cookie problem and a restricted account. Work through them in that order, starting with another licence-listed host.

Do I need a different login for each BC.Game domain?

No. The licence-listed hosts are reported to serve the same brand, so one account should work on them. Stay on one host per session.

I did not get the reset email. What now?

Check spam, confirm the address, wait a few minutes and request one reset only. If it still fails, ask live chat.

My 2FA code is always wrong.

Check the device clock first, then make sure you are reading the BC.Game entry. If you lost the device, contact support for a reset.

Is a login link in a Telegram group safe?

No. Clones of the mini-app and login pages have been reported. Use a host from our list or type the address yourself.

Can I log in from the US or UK?

No. These countries are restricted, and using a VPN to get around it breaks the terms and can lead to a closed account.

Why am I asked for ID after logging in?

The terms let BC.Game request verification at any time and restrict service until it is done. Read the KYC guide for what is usually asked.

Is bcpoker.com a login host?

It is named in the licence record but we could not verify it, as it showed a challenge page to our checks. Use the four listed hosts.
