BC.Game app not working?
BC.Game app not working? There is no App Store app: iPhone uses the site added to the home screen, Android uses an APK from the official site, and fake apps are common. Here is how to fix each and what to avoid.

Is there an official BC.Game app?
Not in the Apple App Store. Reviews report that BC.Game offers iPhone users the website saved to the home screen as a web app, and Android users an APK that is downloaded from the official site rather than from a store. One review says a store app is not planned. We cannot read BC.Game's own help pages without a browser, so treat the exact download steps as reported and use the address shown inside your account.
That matters for troubleshooting. When the "app" fails, you are usually fixing a browser or a download problem: clearing site data, switching address, changing network and updating the browser or the APK. It also matters for safety, because anything claiming to be a BC.Game app from another source is not from BC.Game.
Adding BC.Game to your home screen
A home-screen shortcut opens the site full screen without the browser bar.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Open a working BC.Game address from the list above in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Add to Home Screen, name it and tap Add.
Android (Chrome)
- Open a working BC.Game address in Chrome.
- Open the three-dot menu.
- Choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
The shortcut remembers the address you opened, so if that host later gets filtered on your network the shortcut stops working. Delete it and add a new one from a host that is green on the list.
Shortcut or mobile site will not open
- Delete and re-add the shortcut from a host that currently works.
- Clear site data for the BC.Game address in your browser settings, then log in again.
- Update the browser. Old versions struggle with the heavy single-page app.
- Check the clock and date. A wrong time breaks secure connections.
- Try the other hosts on the list. A filter on one hostname does not affect the others.
- Turn off data saver and battery saver, which can stop background connections.
If you see a blank page rather than an error, our page on BC.Game not loading covers each message.
The Android APK
Reviews describe an Android APK that is meant to be downloaded only from BC.Game's own site. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser the first time. Before you install, check three things.
- You reached the download from an address on our list, not from an ad, a search result or a message.
- The file comes straight from the BC.Game host and not from a file-sharing or ad-supported download page.
- You turn the "install unknown apps" permission back off afterwards.
If the APK will not install or crashes on launch, uninstall it, clear the browser download, and use the home-screen shortcut instead, which gives you the same casino without a separate file.
Crashes, freezes and games not loading on mobile
- A game freezes: close it, wait a few seconds and reopen it. Check your bet history before you retry, so you do not stake the same round twice.
- Sound or video lags in live games: live tables are streamed, so use Wi-Fi where you can and close other apps.
- A provider's games stay black: the provider may not serve your country or may be filtered on your network.
- Crash or Plinko input feels late: a slow route to the host is the usual cause. Pick the fastest green host and see BC.Game running slow.
The Telegram mini-app
BC.Game has a Telegram mini-app. A forum warning dated February 2026 describes clone mini-apps and fake accounts impersonating it, so be careful. Open the mini-app only from the link shown inside your logged-in BC.Game account or the verified BC.Game social accounts. Never send crypto to anyone who messages you first, and never type your password into a bot chat.
Mobile data versus Wi-Fi
Some home and office networks filter crypto casino hostnames, and mobile carriers apply their own rules. If a host works on one and not the other, the cause is the network, not your phone.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the reverse, and retry.
- Set private DNS in your phone's network settings to a public resolver.
- Restart the router or toggle airplane mode.
- If BC.Game says the service is unavailable in your region, that is a terms restriction and no network change will remove it.
Keep control on a phone
Phone play is quick, and bets are one tap. Set deposit or loss limits before you start, turn off sign-in on shared devices and see our responsible gambling guide if you play for longer than you meant to.

FAQ
Is there a BC.Game app on the App Store or Google Play?
Reviews report no store app. iPhone users add the site to the home screen, and Android users use an APK downloaded from the official site.
How do I install BC.Game on iPhone?
Open a working address in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app.
Is a BC.Game APK from a search result safe?
No. Only use a download you reached from an address on this page or from inside your account. Fake apps are documented for this brand.
Why did my home-screen shortcut stop working?
The host it points to is probably filtered on your network. Delete it and add a new one from a host that is green on the list.
Is the BC.Game Telegram mini-app official?
A genuine one exists, but clones have been reported. Open it only from a link inside your account or the verified social accounts.
The app works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data, why?
Networks filter hostnames differently. Try another host, a public private-DNS setting or the other connection.
Do I need a separate account for the mobile site?
No. The mobile site and the desktop site use the same account and balances.
Will reinstalling fix a crashing app?
Only for the APK. For the home-screen version, clearing site data and re-adding the shortcut does the same job.
