BC.Game not loading? Every error explained

BC.Game not loading, stuck on a blank page or showing an error? This page explains the real causes: the DNS block on bc.game, Cloudflare challenges, a region restriction screen and games that fail, and which fix goes with each.

Blocked by your network (the DNS block)

On some national networks the main domain does not reach BC.Game at all. On Estonian resolvers, for example, bc.game resolves to an address used for the Tax and Customs Board block, the same one other crypto casinos get, so you see a block notice and not BC.Game. That is a decision on your network, not an outage.

The other hosts on our list often work because the filter names hostnames one at a time. Open the fastest green row, and if every row is red switch to mobile data or a public DNS resolver and flush the DNS cache.

Endless loader or blank page

BC.Game is a heavy single-page app. A blank page means the shell loaded but the live connection did not, or a script was blocked.

  1. Hard refresh and then try a private window.
  2. Pause ad blockers and privacy extensions for the host.
  3. Try another host from the list, since a script domain can be filtered on one and not another.
  4. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the reverse.
  5. Update your browser.

Cloudflare challenge loops and error codes

BC.Game's hosts sit behind Cloudflare. A first visit can show a short check. If it never ends:

  • Allow cookies and JavaScript for the host.
  • Turn off a VPN, which makes Cloudflare more suspicious and can loop the check.
  • Set the device clock correctly.
  • Try a different browser.

Codes such as 403 or 1020 mean the edge refused your request, usually because of a network or country rule. Codes in the 520 to 524 range mean the edge could not get an answer from the origin, which is the point to wait ten minutes and check is BC.Game down. We saw some alternative hosts answer an automated check with a challenge page even while the main site worked, so a challenge alone is not an outage.

Connection refused, timed out and address-not-found

  • Address not found: your DNS resolver cannot find the name. Use a public resolver or secure DNS in the browser.
  • Timed out: the route is slow or filtered. Try mobile data and another host.
  • Connection refused: the network actively rejects the connection. Switch network.

Restarting the router clears many stuck resolver caches.

Certificate and SSL warnings

A warning that the certificate is invalid or does not match usually has one of two causes: a wrong device date, or you are not on BC.Game. Correct the clock first. If the warning stays, close the tab and open a host from our list instead. Never click through a certificate warning on a casino login page.

The site loads but the games don't

BC.Game's slots and live tables come from many outside providers, reported at over fifty. A provider can be filtered on your network or not served in your country, and the game stays black while the rest of the site works. Try a game from another provider, another host and another network. BC Originals such as Crash and Dice run on BC.Game's own servers, so if they work and a slot does not, the provider is the problem.

The "not available in your country" message

This is a territory restriction. BC.Game's terms exclude the United States and United Kingdom among others, the lists quoted in reviews differ, and the list in the terms is longer and changes. A mirror or another network will not change it, and using a VPN to hide your country breaks the terms and risks the balance.

Other casinos down too?

If BC.Game will not load and other crypto casinos fail too, the cause is probably your network or a national block rather than any one site. Our sister sites track the same thing for other brands: check the Stake status page, see whether Shuffle is down, the Roobet live status board and the Gamdom live status board.

FAQ

Why is BC.Game not loading for me?

Most often your network filters the domain, a Cloudflare check is stuck or one script is blocked. Try another host from the list first.

Is BC.Game down or just blocked?

If other hosts on our list load, it is a block on one hostname. If all fail on several networks, check the status page.

What does the tax authority page mean?

Your network resolves the domain to a block page. It is a network-level block, not an outage.

How do I get past a Cloudflare loop?

Allow cookies and JavaScript, turn off a VPN, fix the clock or try another browser.

Why do some games stay black?

The provider may be filtered on your network or unavailable in your country.

Can a mirror fix "not available in your country"?

No. It is a restriction under the terms.

Should I click through a certificate warning?

No. Fix the device clock or switch to a host from our list.

Will a VPN help?

Not to appear in another country, which breaks the terms. For a network block, try another host or public DNS first.
